I reckon if anything happened to my lovah I would be devastated and unable to love another as much as I love him. Ive known this boy and was friends with him since I was 14. Hes my best friend ever and my lovah. We are dorks destined to be together for eternity. :rock

If there was then she must have died at birth cause I can't find her. I don't know if I really believe in it.

I used to believe in "the one" but there are so many people out there and so much of life is down to chance and coincidence.

Some people are closer to your own soul than others, but I think there could be more than one person with whom you can have such a great bond it feels like it was meant to be. Once you find one great person you stop looking so this is why it feels like there should only be one person for life. I say this in positivity, don't be disheartened thinking the one will never come...be open and honest about who you are and you will attract like souls.

well first off i do believe in past lives and future lives and that many times you meet the same people's souls over and over in different experiences throughout your life.

id like to think that zeb is the one, but again like michele said, logically we are probably not made for one person. I know if i never met Zeb i would fall in love with someone eventually, but definitely not so wholeheartedly and with all my trust.

so my mind says -there probably isnt "the one" and my heart says "ive definitely got THE ONE"

but isnt that just the way of it? :curtsy

I believe in the Ones-for-the-time-being. You can meet the anywhere anytime and they are the One for you for different reasons. The One for amking you realise you were weak, but now strong, the One for companionship amd warmth, the one for making you feel alive and live life on the edge...there can be a few or countless but, to me...never just one One. unless people still believe in the concept of having all of that in one person...if you do know some-ONE like that, do give him my number wich is posted around phoneboxes in Central and Greater London in times when I feel desperate

I believe in past n' future lives also

Reckon we have many soul mates destined to cross our path, at the exact time they are meant to throughout life

My lovah now, sure feels like the one
But Ive said that about another lovah, havent I ???

So .... .... :chuckle

The one n' only that one, no others
Is just a romantic fairytale through my eyes
N' no that aint bitterness talkin'
Thats what Ive believed for some time

But true soul mates, you meet time n' time again
N' give you this feelin' of completin' you
Definately real to me
Think they give ya, that complete feelin' n' at home feelin'
Cos you've known them so many times before

N' are not only bound to your soul but inner self n' your heart n' all that fancy shhhmancy jazz

:)

My crazy lovah now I would say is my oldest soul mate
No doubt
This guy just .... Nah words cant explain it so I aint goin' to try
No words will do this justice

:;

Me in love n' happy
Thats what matters yo :rocks

Whether Im with him for one year or ten more or for the rest of my life
Will not change my mind that he is a soul mate of mine

:dan

Reminds me of a Pike book Execution of Innocence i think it was.

Something about the soul having 3 parts, 2 are together and best friends but when the 3rd part comes in contact with the other two..chaos rules.

yes, im being a troll and back reading.

Do you believe that there is a person out there who is "born" for each of us? A one true love, one true soul mate that we are supposed to be with

In short, HELL NO. We meet people we connect with or not and that's the end of it. "Romantics", love and all the other crap is meant for those that look at the world with pink glasses. Or need to look at it that way. :shrug I am not saying you cannot care for someone but there is no need to sugarcoat it.

I just reread this whole thread, ugh I make myself ill going on and on about how Cedric must be the one (BARF) oh how a year changes things!

Also funny to see Alondria's and Erin's responses. Alondria posted just a month or so before Craig, funny how far they have come in just a year! And Erin was stating how she cant find the one as in a woman, and now her and Rick are married!

Isnt is bizarre how drastically different things can be in a year?

I was thinking the same thing!!!!

I believe that there are many "ones" The one in the moment... Like Michele, I've been through many relationships... All of them different, all of them like something I've never had before but still all had something in common... none of them were my new man!!!

I think that as you go through relationships you learn what it is you want, what you like and don't like... you learn what you can give, and mainly you learn who you are... So all of those past relationships were the "one" to teach you that you don't like to be spanked, or the "one" to teach you that you really have no patience for selfish bastartds, or the "one" who you feel comfortable with, or the "one" you want to spend the rest of your life with...

It takes many "ones" to find the "one"....

I agree ..to an extent.
I think everyone either finds thier "THE ONE" at different times. Some after many lovahs...others...right away.

If I had it my way I wouldnt have met my guy til about the age I am now. It sucks in a way that I found him so soon and hes everything I at least THINK I want.

After 7 years together we are still happy and totally into eachother, mind you we arent attached at the hip . We disagree..yes. But we get over it and move on. No terrible fights, or anything drastic to warrant a break up.

Sometimes thats what scares me the most. That its too good and one day its gonna fucking blow up in our face.. Whose to say it will or wont? :faint
